Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage in-house production and technical aspects of events, exhibitions and installations for all confirmed events
  • Work together with editorial, technical and design teams to plan and manage projects
  • Produce and develop specifications of all scenic and technical elements of assigned projects
  • Produce and develop production schedules for assigned projects
  • Implement, supervise and manage the execution for all production on site
  • Provide production costs to account management team and manage production budget
  • Manage, negotiate and coordinate with vendor
  • Evaluate vendors and partners' performance and delivery

Qualification Requirements

  • 5+ years of production experience in producing events and exhibitions
  • Skilled at graphic design would be highly preferable
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous
  • Strong responsibility, self-motivated and can work under high pressure
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Familiar with the set, staging, lighting, sound & AV systems
  • Passionate about the job and willing to work flexible hours

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the execution of creative design, development, implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing support phases of the project based on user requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the system requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation
  • Carry out technical evaluation on infrastructure and systems and be responsible for giving advice on the most suitable platform
  • Document and implement high level detailed design specifications
  • Gather, organize and analyze information intelligence and technical data
  • Work with other developers to set standards and define best practices for coding and design

Technical Support Engineer - Next Media Management Services Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Support, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve end user desktop/technical issues and requests
  • Work closely with IT/vendors/partners in support of IT projects/requests
  • Follow standard IT procedures for tracking of incidents/request & escalation

Requirements:
